Refund policy
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the order receipt date for a full refund to your original form of payment, unless marked as clearance or final sale or otherwise noted (see below for more details). Merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging.
Please contact us at within 5 calendar days of delivery at reedhouseofjewels@gmail.com for Return Authorization. Do NOT return without a Return Authorization as it will not be accepted and funds will NOT be returned. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging and include your original packing slip. If you cannot find your packing slip, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
