Email Response Time

Your emails will be responded to normally within 24 to 48 hours. Being a small business (team of 2), we are not ignoring you. Please be patient and know that we will respond as soon as possible.

 

When will my order ship?

We strive to package and ship orders with 2-5 business days. Please note that due to varying demand and order volumes, processing time may vary. Upon ordering, you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number. Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection.

Is international shipping available?

Unfortunately, not. Depending on our growth, we may look into international shipping but for right now, we aren't.

 

My shipment must be LOST. Tracking shows delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?

 Upon fulfillment, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email. With the influx of online shopping, all mail carriers are shipping over capacity rates.

Disclaimer: Please note that Reed House of Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Reed House of Jewels is liable.

If your shipment tracking never get to a "DELIVERED" status, please be patient and communicate with us as we try to help you track down your missing package.

All packages are scanned throughout the shipping process, some may be delayed. We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the carrier's tracking page OR download the "SHOP" tracking app.

Please be sure to check with your neighbors and the carrier for mis-delivered packages. Please allow 48 hours for a potential redelivery. Please immediately file a lost claim on the carrier's website. 

We work with you as best as we can to help you find your lost package.

 

I've entered the wrong shipping address when ordering. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address so we can change it as soon as possible. We typically ship within 2-5 business days of getting your order, so the quicker you contact us, the better.

If you order has already been shipped, we will not be held liable for the lost package. Please contact the carrier to have the package redelivered.

 

What brands do you carry?

Good question. We buy where the department stores buy so we carry the good stuff. We carry brands like Diamonbliss, Boho Gal, Natasha, and Mint & Lily. In some cases, we cannot advertise what the brand is, but trust us, you'll know them. *Brands are subject to change.
